Performance
In addition to my compositional activities, I am an active performer on piano, trumpet, voice, and recorders. I have graced the stage in many settings from solo performances to large ensemble concerts, and even musical theater casts. I consider myself primarily a classical pianist, and a jazz trumpet player and vocalist.
One aspect of my performance that I find particularly rewarding occurs when I get the opportunity to premiere a new piece of music. I have premiered pieces by composers such as Alex Malin, Amanda Rizzo, and Isla McKechney. Some select premieres are as follows:
